Email is often the best way to communicate to get answers to simple questions, to provide feedback on how you are doing, or to ask general questions. It is the preferred way to request refills on prescriptions. Email is checked at least daily, usually more often. If you have sent an email and have not received a timely response, please call or email again as things to go awry from time to time and emails are lost or servers go down. It is our policy to provide you with the best possible service and that includes timely responses to emails.
